Co-op Return Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- If there is any dispute regarding refunds, please bring the matter before the Board of Directors at a monthly co-op meeting for review.
Habitat Sales Product Warranty Policy
- All trees, seed, and miscanthus sold by the co-op are perishable products.
- While every effort is made to provide healthy, high-quality products, the Montcalm County Quality Deer Cooperative provides no warranty or guarantee on any perishable items.
- All habitat products are sold as-is.
Tip: Keep plants and seed protected from excessive heat, freezing temperatures, and moisture. Follow all pickup and planting recommendations for best results.
Big Buck Night Return Policy
- All Big Buck Night ticket sales are final. No refunds.
- Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event if they have an active membership.
- Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund or credit.
By purchasing a Big Buck Night ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this return policy.
