Open to the public. Drop off a doe to donate and get a raffle ticket to win a prize. Our goal is to feed over 400 venison meals to local food pantries.
Co-op meetings are held at 5:00 PM on the 4th Sunday of each month from January through July. Open to the public.
The meeting agenda will be emailed to members a couple of days before each meeting.
Exceptions: The March and April meetings will be held on the weekend before Big Buck Night and Seed Day, respectively.
We have 3 Big Buck Night Committee Planning Meetings. They are held the 2nd Sunday of December, January, and February. All meetings are open to the public and the agenda will be going though planning for our Annual Montcalm County Big Buck Night. (Exception February will be 1st Sunday since the Superbowl).

Free seed and trees will be given away to members as well as pickup for preordered trees, miscanthus, Fertilizer, and seed. Pre order closes on March 31st. (Can change depending on what we secure) We will be giving away pines, spruce, Corn, Brassicas, Clovers and potentially others but we wont know unit we get closer to the date. First come first serve. While supplies last. If we have leftovers we may ask for a small donation per left over item but we may play that by ear on how the day goes.
This is a one-day field day from 9 AM to 3 PM with a 1 hour lunch brake. Lunch will be provided. Prior to the field day, the student will be required to complete the home study of the Hunters Safety handbook that will be mailed to them. The book will be mailed out 3 weeks before the class. The study questions at the end of the handbook should be filled out for each chapter before the class. This class is intended for anyone that needs hunter safety regardless if you are a adult or youth. There is no minimum age requirement and its at the discretion of the parent. 9 and under is required to be accompanied by adult.
This is a day for the Co-op to run a free community event. We will be providing food and drinks. There will be guest speakers, demonstrations, giveaways, and raffles. Location: Central Michigan Sportsmen Club.
